Justine is our magic sheep! She’s been with us since the very beginning of the adventure, and brings a unique touch to everything she touches. Whether it’s marketing, digital, design, photography, video… she can do it all! And since she’s not a horse person, she can help us think outside the box!

Since the age of 3, Léa has lived her passion for horses, which today guides her role with us.
As Sales Development Manager for France, she is there to answer your questions with her equestrian expertise.

Théo Damiani, with a passion for new technologies and a degree in computer science from EPFL, joined NOVO SENSO, seduced by our ambition to integrate AI to promote the well-being of horses. His sensitivity to nature and animals makes him an invaluable asset to our team.

Flavie grew up surrounded by horses, inspired by her mother, who owned horses and a stable. She is now in charge of managing our international partners to ensure NOVOSTABLE’s presence in every country.

After enriching experiences in Paris, Canada and Hong Kong, Théophile has perfected the art of data wrangling. From redesigning the driver’s license platform to integrating generative AI, he is always ready to design optimal solutions for UX and data management.

With 30 years of experience in the equestrian world as an international trainer, stable manager and racer.
Thierry joins the NOVOSTABLE team to lead our international expansion in the following areas; South America, USA and Asia.

Pascal joined NOVOSTABLE with a deep passion for the equestrian world, fueled by travels and a unique bond between humans and horses. At NOVOSTABLE, he combines his love of horses with his interest in technology, convinced that innovation can transform the equine industry.
