Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the Grotte de la Salamandre website. La Grande Salamandre SAS (which manages the Grotte de la Salamandre tourist site) reserves the right to adapt or modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time. In the event of modification, the general sales conditions in force on the day of the order will be applied to each order.
Product availability
Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site. The order validation date corresponds to the order date for online credit card payments.
Price
La Grande Salamandre SAS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the current prices indicated at the time of your order, subject to availability on that date.
Payment methods and security
Payment by credit card is made on the secure bank servers of our partners. No banking information concerning you is transmitted via the Grotte de la Salamandre website. Payment by credit card is perfectly secure; your order will be registered and validated as soon as your bank accepts your payment. Your credit card details are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and are never transmitted in clear text over the network. Payment is made directly to the bank. We have no access to this information and do not store it on our servers. That’s why we ask for them again each time you make a new transaction on our site.
Payment default
La Grande Salamandre SAS reserves the right to refuse to honour an order from a consumer who has not paid in full or in part for a previous order, or with whom a payment dispute is in progress.
Responsibilities
La Grande Salamandre SAS cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, notably of postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flooding or fire. With regard to products purchased to satisfy professional needs, La Grande Salamandre SAS shall not be held liable for any indirect damage, operating loss, loss of profit, damage or expenses that may occur as a result of these products.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.121-16 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 14 working days from the date of payment of the order to request an exchange or refund without penalty. After this time, no refund will be made.
