And, of course, as an Ambassador, you’ll be among the first to know about the Grotto’s calendar of events. This way, you’ll be sure to find a place for our occasional activities, such as concerts or Aeroplume flights.
How to obtain your Ambassador Card
When you purchase a ticket for a Guided Tour, Belvedere, Backstage or Grand Rappel de la Grotte, simply ask our reception staff to include you in the Ambassador Program. It will cost you €1, which will be added to the price of your ticket. In exchange, we’ll give you a numbered card with your first and last name on it. This card instantly entitles you to all the above benefits, for the entire season.
The Ambassadeur card is personal, and anyone you lend it to will not enjoy the same benefits as you. For example, they’ll get a 10% discount on their next visit, while you’ll get your next visit for free.
You can also order your ambassador card by booking your ticket online. This will be given to you when you visit the Grotto reception desk.
